In an astounding piece in the New Albany on-line news magazine, it was reported that Senator Thad Cochran and Kay Webber were shopping for jewelry on December 18, 2014. Aside from all the rumors that ran rampant during the Senate race last year of an illicit affair between Thad and Kay, this photograph was very telling. Mrs. Rose Cochran passed away in December 12, 2014 and was buried on December 16 in New Albany. Did Kay attend the funeral?
So, two days after burying his wife, Senator Cochran was out shopping for jewelry with his bride-to-be.
But astonishingly still was the opinion of the editors of New Albany:
“Whatever may or may not have transpired in the past, we at NAnewsweb.com voted for Senator Cochran and are glad he whipped Chris McDaniel. Cochran’s service to our state has been long and distinguished. He is an honorable man and deserves all the good things that may come his way. We do not know whether he and his bride bought any jewelry in New Albany, but we hope they did, and we wish them a long and happy life together.”
“Honorable man” is hardly the phrase I would use!
